Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Did you know that although this restaurant specializes in Ayam Penyet, I also loved their fried promphet dish? This is my 2nd time visiting this restaurant in a month on my way to the KLIA and dropped by for dinner. What stands out is their savory and spicy chilli that goes very well with either the fried chicken or the fried promphet. I also ordered their soya chendol but I think it’s not the type of chendol I expected. It’s more of a soya bean drink. The service is good and prompt."
"Food arrived almost instantly (under 30 secs) and the food was amazing, best ayam penyet I've ever eaten"
"Food was delicious. Service was superb and staff was very nice. Would definitely come again although the queue was long. Worth it."
"The eggplant balado is secretly one of the best things on the menu. I ordered two entrees and extra sambal and finished both. Staff is nice and service was very quick."
"With 50% eatigo deal, we were able to try 6 dishes at one sitting to savor as much as we can since we don't go to kl sentral nu mall that often. The food was so good, specially the udang goreng, ayam goreng and gado gado, which are my favourite. My husband seemed to have enjoyed the daging belado and all the tempeh goreng and tahu goreng that placed on every plate. The staff is very patient and attentive providing free normal water as well We will definitely go again when the time is right with the eatigo deal in the coming days. Keep up the good work! Thanks"
"Had the Ayam Penyet here and it did not disappoint! The chicken was tender and full of flavor. The sambal was spicy but really tasty just the way it should be. The sides like tempeh and fresh veggies complemented the dish really well. The staff were friendly and efficient. Everything was served in no time and with a smile. The ambience was also a big plus. The place was clean, calm, and comfortable and perfect for a relaxed meal whether you’re alone or with friends.Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving good Ayam Penyet with great service in a peaceful setting. Will be coming back for sure!"
"Ayam penyet to be honest, so so only. The chili was too spicy. And the chicken breast too dry. Some orders take forever to be served. By the time my friend get their meal, everyone else had already finished eating. The service here is good. They offer to give me a cup of water seeing I did not order the set meal."
"Food was pretty good, and very affordable, especially if you are aware of their special deals. Ayam penyet highly recommended; rendang was just ok. I wish their digital ordering system would allow more customization though. For example, when I ordered the bakso kuah, there was a choice of sohun or mee. By choosing neither, I assumed that meant I didn’t want any noodles. But then it came with both! Not too sure I understand a few of the negative reviews about the service. This is a quick-service casual place. Don’t expect three-Michelin-star service please. The lady at the counter was super friendly, greeting almost every guest who entered and left the restaurant."
